Nope. A difficulty of 7 has a 40% chance of success, a 50% chance
of failure and 10% chance of negative. A difficulty of 10 has
equal chance of success/negative, so it becomes somewhat random
regardless of your skill.
ST uses d10's remember, not d6's.
