[freeroleplay] Free Content Definition

Dear All,

There haven't been any replies to this thread and I was hoping to get a
lively discussion going on this topic. I sincerely hope no-one was
offended by my responses. All I want is to get a definition together
that, at least on this mailing list, we can all agree to if at all
possible and I'm keen to discuss everybody's ideas and opinions.

If people would prefer perhaps they could copy the original definition
and make their own changes which could then be discussed.
