AFAIK it appears they won't be using the OGL[1], although I can't tell
if Mongoose are talking about the OGL *system* (the d20 SRD) or the OGL
*licenses* - the two seem to be used interchangeably these days.

Otherwise "Open" (with capital 'O'?) covers a multitude of sins. They
might be talking about a supplement license (as in the Dominion Rules
License). Any further information seems to be scant so we'll have to
wait and see what happens.
