Yeah, it mentions more licenses but doesn't say what they are. The
GPL is one of those licenses; and in fact you can use any license you
want even if it isn't on the expanded list.

Let's see if this image comes through:

(Lulu.com's help is far better than any other printing service I've
seen on the net, but it still isn't very well integrated with
whatever database or software stores their options. I've noticed that
their paper options for printing often don't quite match what their
help says they offer, either.)

Here's something from the forums that might help you verify whether
your potential order would ship from Europe or the U.S.:

"When purchasing your book you should see three shipping options -
economy, standard, and express. If you are seeing these three
shipping options your [order] is being fulfilled in Spain."

Look at this topic:

It looks like shipping one book to the UK should range between 2.39
and 9.17 (pounds? dollars? Euros?)

I was able to get $10.44 (about 5.5 pounds, right?) sending a copy of
the Gods & Monsters player's guides to 10 Downing Street. The actual
names of the options were International Standard, International
Economy, and International Express.

There was, however, an error when I first entered the address that
kept the International Economy option from appearing. I had to change
shipping method after choosing one of Standard or Express.
