I'm assuming that this is what they're talking about, otherwise as you
say there's not much point. Given that OGL is out there and well known,
and allows the re-use of text, I'd expect them to allow something like
this. Whether they go further than OGL did (they are keeping Glorantha
closed, so it's not all good) remains to be seen.

One thing that did occur to me today, was that pretty much everything
they've done has been either d20 or d20-like (e.g., Conan, B5 etc), so
there's a high chance that RQ will also be d20-like. Which would be a
shame, since as much as I dislike it, RQ was one of the first (popular)
systems to not use classes and levels.
